Can some insiders please tell us whats happening?

Ive been all in on believing the Lane Train to Baton Rouge but now people are saying there is doubt? A dogs twitter posting about the sec championship game, no announcement yet, and now an emergency meeting with there AD to unpants us on national tv maybe? Im sweating bullets over here and need someone to calm me down!

Even without inside info, there's no reason to believe a meeting with the AD wasn't going to happen, staying or leaving.

Meeting is for Lane to ask one more time if he can coach the rest of the way. The answer will be no, and then the news will drop.

I am not an insider but seems to me that Lane wants to coach this current Ole Miss team all the way through.
From what people have said on this board, LSU would let him coach Ole Miss through the playoffs.
So if all of that's true then the decision is fully on Ole Miss to either let him and see what happens after the season or fire him.
Just my uninformed observation.
