That would be rare for any year. A week or so ago someone put together a list of coach hires with dates for the last couple years or decades. A November hire was rare.

As far as I’m concerned it doesn’t matter when they announce it,everybody already knows including his team.They read the interne also,where there’s smoke and flames well you know the rest.
