IMO, i would rank Auburn over Ole Miss fairly easily. But Ole Miss does have a nice little niche in the SEC but i just don't think they have quite the big boy pants as other universities. LK has fast tracked OM into being more NIL competitive. Overall, I'd still go Auburn.

Auburn may have been better in the past, but I think that's no longer the case. Ole Miss seems to have a solid foundation now whereas Auburn has been a shite show since the Cam Newton days.

Add on the fact Auburn does the ultimate little brother complex stuff like give themselves fake championships that they celebrate at halftime of their game this past weekend ( ) and it's hard to say Auburn is the better job now days. 5-10 years ago I may have agreed, but I no longer think Auburn is a good job. Their football program has been a complete shite show recently.

i agree with your sentiment but all you have to do is get the program back on track.

The program will not get back on track with Cohen leading it. He’s a neanderthal.

In the pre-2015 world, Auburn. Since then, Ole Miss is the better job and it's not close. As a matter of fact, there are several jobs that have surpassed Auburn in the past decade. It has gone from top 5 in the SEC to bottom 5, and not even better than a lot of ACC or Big XII jobs.

Auburn probably has better resources, but you’ve got an uphill battle with their schedule playing Georgia/Bama yearly. It’s also a tough place to recruit considering you’re not far from Bama/Georgia/Clemson/FSU

As someone who loathes both schools, it’s not even debatable. Auburn.

It’s Auburn. Sure they’ve been wandering in the desert as of late, but they’ll get it together.

Kiffin has been a generational coach for OM; so I’d expect they regress to the mean a bit once he’s gone.

Auburn has always historically been the better job. These last 4 years they've been a complete mess. They are a solid (not great, just solid) AD hire away from being the better job again.

At least at Ole Miss, you don't have a retard trying to poison the Toomer Trees.

At least Auburn gives themselves fake nattys. The best Ole Miss can do is give themselves fake SEC West championships

Auburn is the better job long term.

If Ole Miss ends up with a new coach next season, it will look like the better job just because Ole Miss will bounce back from a coaching change faster than Auburn

Historically Auburn due to proximity to recruiting in Georgia among other factors. Difficult for MS to support two Power schools.

Now? Still Auburn, but OM is more well ran and set up to "win now".
