And now there dangling a $40 mil NIL/revenue package? 30% of their entire budget?
Riiiiiight. That’s not sustainable. Good luck, Runts.

Well, I’m sure they have some wealthy boosters who could be promising some $$$.

Everyone always talks about this. It doesn’t matter lol. The people who pay the money don’t care about making money from Ole Miss. They just care about winning. They’re not getting any returns.

Darn school will be bankrupt within 3 years at this rate.

Kiffin is no dummy he’s going to see through this smoke and mirrors they’re throwing at him.

That’s obsolete. We have 8 natties in baseball now.

And LSU owes Kelly $50mil while only having a profit of $1.8 mil last year....
Or, the numbers being thrown around by both schools are coming from boosters and not actual athletic department funds....

Just google it.
Ole Miss ain’t about that life. They can sell Kiffin whatever they want today but Ole Miss isn’t footing that next year. Then $45 mil the next. Then $50 mil the next.

While I agree with the sentiment, LSU is the heavyweight when it comes to deep-pocketed boosters. They’ve got so much money that half the reason they spend it is just so they don’t feel like they’re wasting it at their tailgate.

They owe Kelly $800k a month for the rest of his contract. That’s what LSU will pay unless they reach a deal. Easily absorbed. It sucks to have to pay it but it’s manageable.

OleMiss mortgaged their campus their NIL. Now, they are going to mortgage their wives.

How many do they have with multiple billions? Those are the only people that don’t feel a 10 million bill every year. LSU has at least 5.
