There’s no need to believe any “insiders” or get emotional until after the egg bowl. Nothing is happening one way or the other until the regular season is over.
I think everything breaks on the 29th/30th. You’ll know by that weekend and nothing before.
Have fun speculating, but calm down until that weekend.

If I had to guess based on what we have seen so far, my gut tells me Kiffin is staying at OM.

If he’s leaving before the playoffs there’s no reason to wait until the dumbass egg bowl to do it. That’s another week you’re behind on recruiting when early signing day is coming up.

If he is positive that he is staying at Om he would have signed already .Sexton has likely gotten every penny out of OM.

The idea that LSU and Florida should wait until after the Egg Bowl to lock Lane up is ridiculous to me.
Wait until after Ole Miss officially seals a home playoff game? Wait until you have 1 week before early signing period? Wait until there’s only a month before the transfer portal opens?

What happens if, with all these distractions, Ole Miss gets absolutely steamrolled and knocks itself out of the playoff hunt? It would make sense for Lane Kiffin to sign before that game to protect his stock from taking a hit in that scenario.

Hes not leaving the team unless they force him. If they keep winning, hes not leaving.
