Also...the stars don't always mean anything.

Justin Jefferson was a 2 star recruit
Cordale Flott was a 3 star
Cade York was a 2 star
Patrick Queen was a 3 star
Lloyd Cushenberry was a 3 star

Obviously their classes had a massive amount of 4/5 star recruits to fill out the roster. Just saying all that glitters is not gold.

Yeah development is a whole other conversation that needs to be discussed. Losing Moffit was a huge blow to our physical development of players imo

Lots of colleges with competitive wallets. UT, A&M, Baylor, TCU, SMU, UH, OU not too far away and more...

I can't stand all these idiots on the board blaming Kiffin for "losing all this talent" on day 2 of the early signing period...

People tend to forget players like Justin Jefferson was a 2 Star recruit and Mansoor Delane was a 3 star recruit...the stars of the team.

With the complete uncertainty we have in our staff, I would also hold out before committing. If I'm going to play somewhere, I want to know exactly what the program looks like before I go.

That was well over decade ago dude. People change a ton over that span of time.

Will he be the greatest coach of all time? Maybe, maybe not. But to say hes a worse option than the last two coaches we've had is just not entirely true IMO.

Mascona was talking about the contract having lots of performance based incentives to get more pay. I wonder if the 13 mil a year is guaranteed or if he has to earn it through contract incentives.

I don't think Pate is against Kiffin's decision based off of what I've heard. It sounds more like he's fully aware at how fricked the college football calendar is and is making commentary about how this kind of coaching change will always be possible until something changes.

The LSU marching band does performances at events like parades, pep rallies (think bowl game festivities), etc.

I would imagine the pep band would play at some kind of event involving Kiffin if he were in town.

Was told verbally by a buddy in the band. They got news that a Tiger Band Pep Band will be on standby for tomorrow while they were on the bus ride to OU.

Nothing ground breaking, but adds to the fun
