And after 52 years, he’s still a rapist. Maryland man, part deux.

Do not give a shite. Send him back. These ‘feel good’ stories don’t move the needle when we have 30 to 40 million Illegal Immigrants here and have been the dumping round for Third World shithole countries for decades. It must stop.

Cool, a blind link that leads to another blind link which you need a subscription for. That's how I wanted to start my day.

You would think after 73 years you would at least make some attempt to become a naturalized citizen.
That is why immigrants come here, no accountability in the immigration process. Just a rubber stamp.

I’ve moved quite a bit. Every time I move to a different state, I make it a point to register my vehicle and get a driver’s license in that state, you know, fulfill my personal legal obligations.
I have never waited longer than a few months to do this.
I can assure you that if I moved to another country I would damn well make sure that I did everything that I could do to comply to my new countries laws, and if I did not, I would accept whatever legal ramifications that would incur.

He either arrived here in 1952 or someone can’t do math.

I have zero problem with this. I want to see every single person here illegally shipped out ASAP. I don’t care about their sob story. And I want to see even legal immigration heavily restricted.
We’re going to hand over an amazing country that our ancestors sacrificed enormously to build and defend to a bunch of fricking foreigners if we don’t start hurting some feelings.

If they can send Arthur Rudolph back, who was an old man, to Germany, and who actually contributed to our rocket and space programs, then they can certainly send this man who committed crimes in our nation back to Poland.
Good riddance.
Good riddance.

He was arrested as a young man in 1966 for larceny and then again in 1967 for receiving stolen goods. While he was incarcerated, an immigration hearing officer in 1968 ruled that those convictions were considered acts of moral turpitude that violated the country’s immigration laws. He ordered Bojerski to be deported. But when both Poland, which was under communist rule at the time, and West Germany refused to take him, he was released from prison and remained in the United States.
Terrible system we have.
