do you drive with your right hand or left hand?

i hadnt given it that much thought but today i was taking my daughter's car to a carwash (subtle i did something nice for kid flex) and the radio controls were on the righthand side of the steering wheel...like 6 inches away from the volume dial on the radio itself.
annoyed me i guess because i rest my right hand on the middle console most of the time and drive with my left so i need the volume controls over there.
i know i know..dumbass cad problem of the day but it just doesn't feel right to drive with my right hand and leave my left hand resting on the door arm wrest.
inbefore all OTers drive 10/2 religiously.

When I was younger, I would have my left hand at 12 o'clock on the wheel.
These days, I put my left elbow on the windowsill and hold the steering wheel at 9 o'clock with my left hand unless making a turn.

My right hand still rests on or near the transmission shift...even though I havent had a manual in years.

Use my knees. I use my hands to drink and smoke while driving.

That's antiquated. It should be 9 & 3.

This is me. I drove a manual for so long I can't stop myself from putting my right hand on the gear shift even though I have an automatic now.

Right hand, using a Speed Knob.
Both my Odyssey and CX5 have very slow steering at parking lot speeds so after many attempts of addressing the problem without success I just installed a Speed Knob at the five o'clock position on both vehicles.
I can cruise with my right arm on the center console and "one finger on the knob".

2 Chainz once said "left hand on that steering wheel, right hand on that pussy"

I usually rest my left elbow on the console and have my left hand at 10 or 11

Learned to drive a stick shift at 13, and my first car was a 5-speed. Drove it from my sophomore year in high school to my sophomore year in college, and got so used to having to use my right hand to shift all the time that I'm still not comfortable driving with my right hand only. Sometimes I'll use both, but very rarely do go right hand only. Had automatics for years, and then bought another 5-speed Jeep that I had for about 6 years, and even though I sold that 7 years ago I still can't get used to using my right hand.

that may be it..every vehicle i owned prior to 15 years ago was a stick so probably learned behavior over a 30 year period.

I have a self-driving car so I can clap my hands and knees when We Will Rock You comes on the radio.

Left hand. Right hand needs to be free, because that's where the guns are.
If I'm about to downshift and floor it, I'm in the race car locations.

Left hand on wheel, right hand holding/scrolling on phone.
