If anyone here actually has connections with the staff

Tell them Golesh should be on the top 5 list. Worked with Heupel at UCF (2020) and Tennessee (2021-2022) and has been the architect behind offenses with some crazy firepower. Would love to see him at LSU next year, and we wouldn’t have to break the bank to get him

Maybe it won’t. But if Tennessee and Texas A&M msg boards were able to get coaching hires vetoed, anything is possible

There are people here with connections AND the people in power regularly read TD to keep a pulse on what’s happening in the rumor mill. It’s crazy but it’s true.
There are a few usernames I see over and over who share insider scoop. Some of it pans out and they look like they know what’s happening. Sometimes it doesn’t pan out but I know it was the plan for a moment so even if they look like they don’t know…they did. TD likely has some staffers or insiders who share info, too, though I can’t be sure.

People are just guessing. There are a finite amount of guesses, so inevitably someone will guess correctly. Then they get labeled legends because sauces.

It would be glaring incompetence to ignore a free resource for keeping up with the sentiment of the fan base. That doesn't mean they're regularly posting inside info but the higher-ups absolutely follow this board.
