White

I do either Jasmine or Basmati

I'd rather stab myself in the eyes than eat brown rice

No rice. It’s wasted space in my stomach for one. Why would I eat rice when I can stuff my face with delicious ribeye and bacon until I can’t eat anymore?

I’ve been on the Jasmine, long grain brown, or wild/brown mix.

Both pretty much the same. I prefer the taste of white so thats what I go with. The miniscule amount of extra fiber in brown not worth it for me

Try cauliflower rice. It's pretty tasty.

I should also mention you should put the rice in the fridge overnight before you eat it. (It's OK to heat it back up whenever you eat it). Doing this supposedly materially blunts the glycemic impact.

Neither. Purple, baw. I get this at T-Moise farms in Sunset, La.

Purple Black Rice

Lots of good info in the link about Dr. Milton Rush, the man that developed the product for LSU.

I don’t eat a lot of rice but will do both depending on what it’s with.

White in a gumbo. Brown if with a Chinese entree.
