Just tell us stroke or heart attack. We know it's one of those.

Guys like that amaze me. Do you realize how much and how BAD you have to eat, just to stay that size?

Thought for sure a heart attack, but then….
That opens up a bunch of other possibilities.

I didn’t even know he was sick.

Yeh I just don’t agree it’s “sudden” when you are that heavy. It’s a very slow process over time

About 3,300 calories or so a day it's really not that difficult.
Also, I love this myth that you have to eat poor nutrition to get fat. M*********** I got fat eating really really cleanly. Just entirely too much

Yeah...this is like saying a hurricane is "sudden."

Being 500 lbs is being sick

You are talking near double that to be as big as he was , if not more

At the beginning of COVID you had dudes looking like that dying and their families would post on Facebook "he was so healthy, how could this have happened?"

how much
Pretty clear I said that....and NO, eating cleanly will not harbor fat like that.
A clean 3000 cal diet is extremely hard to achieve.
Obviously, your definition of clean is way different than mine.

Not at all. You're expected the same activity level as someone at 180lbs. The energy expenditure required to move around climbs significantly as you add weight. The ability or desire to move around plummets.
It all comes down to colories in vs calories used/needed.
A good rule of thumb being weight multiplied by 10 becomes maintenance with minimum physical activity.
I have no idea who the guy is or how much he weighs. But looks about 350. So 3500 or so.
