He is at his alma mater - he played football there. I think he is a fantastic coach that is likely to not leave the university that he grew up next to and attended and played at.

He’s be fantastic.

Everyone is high on him but Vandy is his dream job and they are building a top tier program. He would be highly unlikely

I like him but I think Vandy should do everything they can to keep him. Shake that Nashville moneytree, go meet with donors, and spend some money to finally take the next step. Lock up Lea longterm, and keep the roster fresh with some NIL bucks.

He seems like a decent coach and a good dude but his record is not great without Pavia.

What did Lea do becore Pavia and Kill? Nothing. If not for the past two seasons, he wouldn’t even be mentioned.
