I'm just wondering on the latest interview with mickey loomis. Why does he give him softball questions and not give him hard ones to answer? Is it any media out there that will put the pressure on him?

I would really like to hear the fiasco, by not drafting Jaxson Dart.

what fiasco?

we drafted Kelvin Banks.

The cost and opportunity to move back up in the draft did not make sense and/or available.

The fiasco is... This is a quarterback driven league.. And we do not have a quarterback. The only reason why we drafted one at the number forty position is to make everybody happy because we missed out on Jaxson.

The team has a history of banning reporters. Therefore, it would be hard pressed to find a local reporter that will put pressure on anyone of importance without a directive from the top

The fiasco about not drafting Dart has already been put out there. Banks was rated higher on their board. They tried to trade back into the first to get Dart, but NYG paid more and the Saints were unwilling to match.

I may be old fashioned, but when I overact about a missed opportunity, I like to see a sample size larger than 4 games

You would have drafted Dart at #9? I wouldn't have.

Even now, while Dart has showed some promise, I'm not convinced that even in hindsight it's a "fiasco".

I saw a recent redo of the draft had him drafted #1 and another Ward going 5th. Obviously, a redo is way too soon, but even if OP wants to play hindsight the team still would not have had a shot at him at 9.

It did have the team taking Josh Simmons at 9 (who fell due to the time of his injury). Saints players note, they had Banks falling to 23rd (4th OT off the board) & Sanker going 30th

We don’t need to draft a QB until 2027 or 2028 draft.

2026 - draft BPA - hopefully DE
2027 - would love Jeremiah Smith
2028 - draft top QB

This team is 10 players away, not just a QB.

He is either employed by the Saints or by their media partner who wants to keep the rights. He isnt considered media neither is Deuce. Do some people not know this?

Wrong. Look at what the Giants gave up to get back to get Dart. If that is too much, then you do not understand the value of a QB.

Yes he is employed by the New Orleans Saints. It is not a good idea to piss off the people who sign your paychecks.

The Saints somehow went from a legend in Jim Henderson calling their games to Zach Streif, then Mike Hoss.

Streif was legitimately the worst play by play person i've ever heard. He wouldnt make it past the first interview for a little league pbp job if he wasn't a Saints player. Hoss is barely better. He might get the little league job.

Hoss sometimes sounds raspy like someone who smoked too many cigarettes and hung out at a bowling alley where others smoked cigarettes.

the interviews with Kellen Moore before the game broadcasts are super annoying.

It’s truly remarkable how bad they are and it should surprise nobody because they have no experience with it

The play by play person is employed by the Superdome? That seems like a weird arrangement.
