Just like it was someone else's fault he killed a woman on set, this too was not his fault, he says. The garbage truck cut him off, he claims.

The guy is a class A a-hole, but does look like truck cut him off albeit during an illegal pass on shoulder.

This douche is so high maintenance. Can't imagine being his publicist, accountant, grass cutter, or anyone that needs to interact with him.

Not the way this will play out in court, though. Any first year attorney is going to argue that Baldwin came speeding up from behind and the garbage truck, unsure of what to do, pulled over to the right.
