I have no doubt that she’s a self important entitled child, but there’s nothing in that (incredibly short) video that would justify the use of ASR. That cop was being a thin skinned little bitch and will likely get disciplined for improper use of force.

So you admit it was a very short video leading up to when he sprayed her, but then jump to the conclusion the cop was being a bitch?

She’s standing flat footed, not moving, with two hands on her phone. Considering ASR generally isn’t justified simply because an order wasn’t followed, I would say any ambiguity goes against the person who edited and posted the video online to make fun of the person who got a face full of ASR.

If she would have stayed home and kept her mouth shut. She wouldn't have a face full of bear spray. That should have been option 1. Option 2 should have been sit on your front porch and be pissed off and still not get sprayed with bear spray. Alas, those idiots aren't rational.
