Sorry, BabyTac is doing that already and there are none left.

I dont think you can find a good wife for $60...

They're all pretty much the same in that price range. Your options are:
1. Get a Mr. Coffee, Black & Decker, etc.
2. Go manual and use something like a French press or a pour over (probably cheaper than a drip coffee pot but more work)
3. Wait for an Amazon or Black Friday sale and splurge on a Moccamaster and never have to buy another coffee machine

I bought my wife a $1600 fully auto fancy espresso maker for our anniversary last month.
In the past two weeks she has made one espresso and a bunch of regular coffee.
I've never hated a purchase more in my life. She loves it and it was an anniversary gift, so it's fine, but our already overpriced Keurig was doing the trick just fine.

Colletti Bozeman percolator and grind your own beans. Much better than the drip models. Inexpensive but it does take a bit longer than a cheap drip.

We love our Ninja. Ours is a little more expensive, like $120, but it has the frothing arm and everything. But looking on Walmart's website, the basic 12-cup is on sale for $64.

Basic?
Get a walmart brand coffee maker for $20 and plug it into a Kasa/TP Link switch. Can put it on a schedule easily and remotely turn it off/ on

An old school drip pot is as basic as you can get, and makes a good cup of coffee.

For some reason Regal Poly Perk coffee pots made the GOAT coffee. My folks had one until about five or six years ago when it finally crapped out.
The 50+ years of coffee stains inside added to the flavor.

Pour over is how they do it on the 8th floor at Starbucks headquarters.

I just Keurig. The one I have at work is really basic and the coffee is just serviceable. The better Keurig at home with temp and strength control makes a decent cup.
