I’m 6.35 or something close to that for 29.5 years
I’ll be 73 if it goes the full 30 but I’m making bi-weekly payments and will start doing a few extra payments a year to knock it down faster.

3.25% with 16 years left, but I've got a contract on a new house. Rate was 5.875 this morning, got to see what they are offering now

Why are people responding with rates they locked in a long time ago? OP is obviously asking about current rates.

Rates dropped a bit last week anticipating the Fed cut which we just got at .25% cut
I think rates might drop a bit but I think the rate cut is already mostly baked into the current mortgage rate landscape.

10 yrs remaining at 2.875%. Wife wants to move, but just can't justify that unless we can pay cash, so yes, while just short of being a boomer, I am part of the problem.

I sold my house over a year ago at the top of the market. I am renting right now. I will pay cash for my forever house sometime in the next year or so. I am not going to go into retirement with a mortgage, if I can help it...

I have a 3.6. If rates somehow get under 4 again, going to be high cotton over here. Upgrading.
