Yeah I don’t think there is anyway that’s him, the cops are way to chill and jovial.
This is also Provo utah which is 15 minutes away from Orem Utah where the shooting occurred.

I can't tell completely, but it looks like a suppressed European made rifle. Possibly bolt action. Maybe a CZ or an Anschutz. I previously said the rifle report sounded like a 5.56, but it may well have been a 22 mag.
EDIT: And I will agree with GAFF below, also: there are many pellet guns made to look like supressed rifles, and that might be the case here.

Looks like a break open pellet gun. No way that’s more than a .22 and couldn’t have caused the damage to Charlie if so.
