I haven’t used them in years. I honestly don’t know if they actually ever did anything productive besides make me jittery. Any feedback or recommendations here or is that passe’ with Keto and other fat burning eating plans?

I remember a long time ago I used Ripped Fuel. I lost a lot of weight, got stronger, and was a nervous wreck.

I think it's kind of gone away. With people taking small doses of Tirzepatide and now Reta.

I ride my Peloton 3-4 days per week and the workouts incorporate interval training. Any particular advantages of the Echo bike over the Peloton workout?

That was the main issue. I guess some may have worked fairly effectively but it was hit or miss and I felt like a crackhead with the jitters.

It’s hard to explain, but Echo bikes will absolutely roast you.

The only legal over the counter fat burning supplement I remember being legit was ephedra, before the FDA fricked that up for us.

The good ol' days when dudes would do ECA stacks.

Walk. Get your steps in. Walking is a very lipolytic (fat burning) activity. Keep your HR under ~135.

Other than that, it's about running a caloric deficit.

Any "Fat Burner" out there now is mostly caffeine. Drink coffee and save the money.

They just make you sweat and some reduce appetite.
The only way anyone is losing fat is through science = burning more calories than you’re consuming in food or beverage

They outlawed the non prescription use of the meth like ingredients that they used to contain in the 90s/early 2000s.

Just get on a rower and make yourself vomit in under 10m. And eat less.

Nice you left off the "eat less" part of the sentence. Overall point is that if you commit to busting your arse, the food part figures itself out. You don't want to eat nachos after you've annihilated yourself.

ECA stack will raise metabolism roughly 8%

not sure what you mean by keto being gat burning plan...it does have the body use fat for fuel but unless you are in a deficit it is just using dietary fat as the fuel. thermodynamics is still in play

to answer your question though

order caffeine, 200mg pills

go to wal greens and get the bronkaide walgreens brand. this is 25mg ephedrine

get baby aspirin

now you have old school ECA stack. you can add Yohimbine if you can tolerate it and it will bump metabolism a little more

can use reduce xt to control cortisol

berbine and NaALA to control blood sugar(glucophase has both)

this is all assuming you are not going black market or script route.

200mg caffeine pill
and bronkaid

Thermogenic effect and appetite suppressant.

100% works, cheap and effective

There is a 'natty' stack thread that also includes some cortisol and insulin control pills. I just can't tell if that added me any benefit.
