Not surprising.
I believe they call that astroturfing.

How much are they paying the politicians and their staffs?

Wait until you hear that 70% of the (Narrative Control Apparatus) mainstream media's total funding comes from big pharma.

What was up with Biden yelling, “We beat big Pharma?” That’s the last unintelligible comment I could make out.

Damn. Where's my check?
You shouldn’t be driven by a check, but rather, by what is right.
You see, pharmaceutical companies really developed a poor reputation among conservatives during covid. I too am guilty in partaking in some of the silly mudslinging. However, as time goes on though, I believe that my fellow conservatives will realize that the criticism was largely unwarranted. People will come to find out that the pharmaceutical companies were actually working together to save lives at our darkest hour. I say this because, well, that’s what they have always done… and will always continue to do!
That’s why RFK Jr. and his outrageous rhetoric is so dangerous to not only my community, but your community, and communities all over the world. So please join me in advocating for the removal of RFK Jr. from the secretary of health position. Our very lives, and the lives of our children depend on it.

All you have to do is count commercials
2/5 drug companies
2/5 ad council (ie the taxpayers)
1/5 actual advertisement

If a vaccine is safe and effective, you should not have to mandate it.
If a vaccine is safe and effective, then those want to get it can get it and should be protected from said disease.
Those who choose not to get vaccinated are not a risk to those who are vaccinated if the vaccine is safe and effective.

Maybe everyone should just pay out of their own pockets for Healthcare.
That way the money to big pharma will dry up like a picked rose in the desert sun..

Just stick with the original term - “propaganda”

True. I always thought propaganda was a state level term, but it's not just state level. I like the word astroturfing though... has a nice, fake ring to it and is quickly, uniformly unfurled.

So we can all agree these conservative influencers are paid shills right? We should stop trusting them...

Where can I get in on that action? Sounds like a sweet short term gig.

These influencers should be reminded they are whores every chance someone has
