R-E-L-A-X

This team needs to go 8-2 the rest of the way to get to the playoffs.

I like those odds.

But you can understand that the concern and the frustration isn't unreasonable, yes?

You act like in college that’s some sort of unattainable standard. That’s what Ohio State and Oregon seem to have every year. That’s what Georgia had when they won back to to back titles. I could go on.

Elite/title contending college programs are elite on both sides of the ball every year.

Yeah this board went of the deep end last night. We won a tough road game opener and a fun Saturday night win last night. Florida coming up. Idk why people are miserable.

Nah I don’t understand frustration that we had a let down game between a war at Clemson and Florida next week.

Everyone knew OL talent was the big question coming into the year.

We chose to spend on Defense. Cant have it all. Just win baby!

Undefeated National champs with the backup QB then you fire Brian Kelly. Thats how you make LSU fans happy.

Is OL talent the question? We seem to have recruited very well. The question is why hasn't that translated to performance on the field. I think that is the actual concern.

They spent on offense as well; 2 OL, 3 WR, and 1 TE have all been big pieces. The problem is that the center piece went out and now we’re back to Roller Skates Magoo.

If we get past Ole Miss undefeated we have a bye week to get healthy and should be in good position to make a run. Getting UF at home is big even if they don't look great.

I remember people being really upset in the Nick Saban LSU era because Saban would put the LSU offense on ice whenever we got a double digit lead.

some people just live to complain

The expectation is to be able to block Louisiana Tech. Something our O Line couldn't do.

SEC play starts this weekend....

Running the ball on C-USA/Sunbelt teams is a reasonable expectation.

Georgia scored 10 points in the first game of the season against Clemson in 2021, then gave up 41 to Alabama in the SECCG. They surrendered 22 points in back-to-back games against Kent St and Missouri in 2022 and needed a late comeback in the latter of the two. They scored only 16 against Kentucky later that season, then gave up 41 to Ohio State in the semis. Last year Ohio State lost 32-31 to Oregon, then scored only 21 and 20 the next two games against Nebraska and Penn State, before scoring only 10 in a loss to Michigan to close out the regular season. Good teams have bad games.

You all are not as smart as you think.
W-L is all that matters — in January.

Two games in? People are evaluating the team.

We are rocking what must be the worst grading OL in America & have the same issues on offense as last year.

Bury your head in the sand and pump the sunshine… it’s going to show itself in the win/loss column eventually.

Our fans are retarded.

But we didn’t play well offensively last night.

No they don’t. It just seems that way if you ONLY watch the highlights.

Oregon and elite defense is laughable. In the last 20 years, LSU has won as many championships as Ohio State and Oregon combined. Yes, Orgeron burned the program down five years ago so lately we haven’t been at that level, but I saw LSU dismantle Oregon and Ohio State on both sides of the ball under Miles. LSU is being rebuilt and the D is getting back to dominance and the O may get there by the end of this year. People continue to forget that 2019 was all offense until the last five games of the season. D was getting abused mid season but the O was historically great.

So many dramatic posters in this place. You’d think they’d learn year after year of overly emotional drama takes after a single performance, but no,

Sigh…
