district judge breyer...already shot down once for his orders...about to be shot down again.

protecting federal officials doing their job is allowed. We shall see.

Again, until congress acts, these judges rule with impunity.

It’s the old Dad argument.

“Because I said so.”

There’s legal precedent there. I’m sure of it.

a single judge has this much power,,,,it enable judge shopping

will be appealed and likely overturned.

i think we need to see a change where anything affecting an executive branch action needs to go to a Random 3 judge panel

California Clinton appointee. The venue shopping for judges that obviously ignore the Constitution has grown tiresome.

The ruling will be overturned. Those who claim it is unconstitutional...your opinion dose not matter unless you get a seat on the Supreme Court.

We fought a civil war over this and the states lost. The federal government can do whatever they want.

States rights, amirite?

Trump has no belief system (other than to act like a big, strong, tough man), so when he engages in behavior that is counter to the Constitution, and is counter to decades of conservative ideology, you have to twist yourself into a pretzel to defend his positions.

It must be exhausting. Keep licking them boots.
