Trump just declared a war on cultural identity within Chicago and Baltimore
Posted by zoozoo100 on 9/2/25 at 3:09 pm
I thought the National Guard was supposed to be just for the states to decide it apparently Trump doesn’t care about the constitution.
Anything to get us to stop talking about his best friend Jefferey Epstein - right?
If illegals are so bad - shouldn’t we ship back my dad and uncles family then who came way of Ireland and Italy (illegally)

Good, anyone against this is a hypocrite and doesn’t believe in the constitution!
Let’s talk about the lie RFK JR said about folks who have autism
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/29/25 at 4:21 pm
Alright, so RFK Jr. opened his mouth again and let something dumb fall out—this time saying folks with autism can’t hold down jobs a few months back.
That’s the kind of blanket statement that plays well in a soundbite but falls apart the second you meet, well, basically anyone on the spectrum who’s actually living their life.
It’s like saying LSU fans can’t drink beer before noon. Sure, some can’t—but have you ever been to Tiger Stadium?
Take my buddy Bob. Dude works steady at the New Orleans Public Library system. Shows up, clocks in, does the job, helps people every day as a full time cataloger.
No drama, no excuses. High functioning Autism doesn’t stop him from being reliable, consistent, and valuable to his team. In fact, he’s sharper than half the people RFK Jr. probably hires. The truth is, people with autism aren’t a monolith. Some may struggle, some may thrive—but to say they can’t work? That’s just lazy, half-baked nonsense.
We’re too afraid to admit that public schools have failed special needs kids within special education. All they need is the right environment to succeed.

Moms wanting to ban from kids reading graphic novels or mature themes are weird
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/29/25 at 8:50 am
Like, if my son or daughter wants to read 1984 - what’s so bad about that?
Or better yet they like the graphic novel Watchmen - these moms protesting young adult public library sections need to get a life.

President Trump ordered the national guard for outside the Library of Congress
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/28/25 at 3:28 pm
So apparently President Trump decided the Library of Congress was under such dire threat that only the National Guard could defend it. That’s right—America’s greatest vault of dusty law books and microfiche is now a warzone.
My friend drove by thinking maybe Antifa was looting the Dewey Decimal System, but nope, just a dozen Guardsmen standing around by LOC looking like they were protecting the world’s last copy of Cliff’s Notes.
Can you imagine the call? “Sir, they’re highlighting pages without authorization!” And Trump’s like, “Send in the troops, nobody abuses the highlighter on my watch.”

President Trump wants to make Union Station beautiful again
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/27/25 at 6:20 pm
Actual photos I took
So, yeah, tell me again who’s really out of touch with reality? These Amtrak stations are already beautiful. If anyone disagrees with Trump, you’re not seen as a “patriot”.

Why is the Trump Administration allowing Chinese students into the country?
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/25/25 at 6:50 pm
Some “students” are basically ghosts—Phantom University majors who don’t exist in class but sure know how to exist in the financial aid system. They sign up for courses, never show a face, and somehow collect Pell Grants like it’s candy. Picture this: Johnny No-Show registers for four classes, never logs in, never does homework, but magically walks away with $6,000 in federal cash. Meanwhile, the department of education keeps sending checks, clueless.
It’s taxpayer money vanishing into the void while real students bust their tails trying to earn it. Some schools have been hit with dozens of these “ghosts,” racking up tens of thousands before anyone notices. The kicker? It’s often not even hard to pull off—just weak oversight, a fake email, and bam, your tuition-free ghost ride is in motion.
Wasn’t doge supposed to get rid of these fake scammers pretending to be students?

Is JD Vance the new Benedict Arnold of American politics?
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/24/25 at 5:04 pm
The case for JD Vance as our generation’s Benedict Arnold isn’t hard to make. When he published Hillbilly Elegy, he branded himself as an authentic voice for forgotten America — skeptical of both political elites and the false promises of populism.
He trashed Trump five years ago as “cultural heroin” and criticized the very GOP donor network that now bankrolls him. But once he saw the path to power, Vance flipped. Today he parrots MAGA talking points and cozies up to the same billionaire class he claimed to resist. That’s not evolution — that’s opportunism.
Benedict Arnold didn’t start out a traitor either; he was a celebrated general who turned coat when ambition outweighed principle. Vance’s about-face feels the same: a man who traded his credibility, and the honesty of his own book, for a seat at the table. In politics, that’s the ultimate betrayal.

Republicans have a weird obsession with crime and safety
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/23/25 at 7:15 pm
Republicans always talk like Baltimore is a war zone, but I felt completely safe when I visited the Edgar Allan Poe Museum in West Baltimore earlier today. I even took the city bus to get there, no issues at all.
The neighborhood had regular folks going about their day, not some “crime-ridden” nightmare. It honestly felt safer than some suburbs I’ve been to. The fear mongering just doesn’t match reality. What’s the deal with that?

Explain the importance of the 1924 immigration act as its highly relevant to Trumps treatment of South Americans right now
I find it funny how Trump people downplay us nation’s immigration policies.
I find Stephen Millers obsession with 1920s immigration hilarious
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/21/25 at 7:05 pm
My nana and papa immigrated from Italy in the 1880s to New York
- they were in the census data of the 1910s as “illegal aliens” both were allowed to stay in the country and then eventually they were allowed to become US Citizens.
If we applied Stephen Miller’s logic to their case - they would have been deported immediately and there is a possibility of me not being born in America.

AMA: took a trip to Washington DC before National Guard was deployed
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/21/25 at 3:24 pm
Proof of trip
My favorite part of the trip was not having to drive anywhere.
Nationals Park was a cool experience to catch a ball game.
Not once did I think about my safety riding the metro.

What if President Trump became the owner of the Buffalo Bills in 2014?
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/21/25 at 9:09 am
We would have had eight years of Hillary Clinton as president!
JD Vance would be president this year.
Isn’t that wild to think about?

How do I convince my northern friends to try an SEC tailgate?
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/21/25 at 8:59 am
Like, they’ve never partied and have not ever been to a college football game before. What’s your advice for someone who’s never been to a sec tailgate before? (Serious)
Burger King breakfast is actually good!?!?
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/21/25 at 8:06 am
It might not be the best fast-food breakfast I’ve ever had, but for the price and convenience, it definitely exceeded my expectations. I feel like Burger King breakfast doesn’t get nearly as much love as it should. Has anyone else been sleeping on it, or did I just get lucky with a good location today?
Doctor / Walgreens - they’re a real pain to deal with for insurance claims - had united before switching to BCBS.
My doctor charged me 28,000 for Skyrizi
Posted by zoozoo100 on 8/20/25 at 7:35 pm
Went to the doc and got hit with a $28,000 charge for Skyrizi. I knew these biologics weren’t cheap, but seeing that number on paper almost made me fall out of my chair. Insurance hasn’t processed it yet, so I don’t know what my actual out-of-pocket will be, but just seeing that “list price” is insane.
Is there any way to get a co pay that’s lower? I got a psoriasis rash that’s the size of New Jersey on my buttocks. I’m trying my hardest not to scratch!
