Ski and Ice Skating Resort in New Iberia

I am thinking about ditching the 9-5 and starting a snow ski and ice skating resort in the rural area of the berry.
My youngest pitt bull just got picked up by the law and something is pulling me in this direction.
I just got the itch to do things outside and quit my job at the circle K.
This may be a bad idea, but give me the hard facts and truth so I know what I am getting into.

As long as you put this next to the fancy trailer park and not on the Bayou I think you will be good. Enjoy your new business and semi retirement. Circle K will really miss you.
