Cyclists make it very easy to hate them. They are hypocrites at every level. They only observe traffic laws when it favors them. When the traffic laws don’t fall into their favor, they disobey them all the time then cry foul, and play victim.

That's just being an entitled asswipe to do that on a road with steady traffic.
At least get to the far side of the road to allow traffic to safely pass and not ride in the middle of the lane.
There are quite a few designated "Bike Lanes" in N.O. now and I still see these clowns riding in the lanes for vehicular traffic and totally disregarding their designated lane.
