I stick to Propel, crackers & soups. Kids will do propel, yogurt & toast.

Wife will find any OTC medicine to block her up instead of letting it run its course and get out of your system ASAP.

You'll be fine in 24-48 hours. Don't be a pussy. Puke it out.

When you can keep things down, ginger ale with real ginger may help settle your stomach. It helps me.

Really nothing you can do for those stomach bugs except let it run its course. The good thing is they are usually over within a day or two

Plain noodles with garlic, salt and little butter.

The carbs settle your stomach and the garlic is a natural anti-viral. Eat this after you’re empty.

When fighting any virus vitamin D would help.

If you can force yourself to sit in the sun for 10-15 minutes a day you will be doing your immune system a massive favor.

If you can’t drag yourself outside I’d go ham with D3/K2 vitamin supplementation which you can even get in gummy form.

Don’t just take D3 because it can cause issues with calcification.

Avoid milk and milk products. When it mixes with the acid in the stomach it curdles and resembles cottage cheese.

Old school is toast with butter just barely waived across it.

Ginger really does help. Amazon has “The Ginger People” products that a lot of pregnant women use for morning sickness.

Depending on the duration of what’s going around and how well you are hydrated you might try sweating it out by wrapping up in blankets. Most viruses that infect us have a narrow range of temperatures they can survive. That’s why you run a fever. The sooner you get up to temperature the sooner you kill the virus.
