On July 18, 2021, 34-year-old Dezmon Hamilton was shot and killed in his home. Police said that Nicholas Mcquirter, then 17, climbed through the second story of Hamilton's home to see his 14-year-old daughter.
The now 21-year-old Mcquirter pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and illegal use of a weapon. Mcquirter originally faced second-degree murder charges before Tuesday's plea.

There is a thread, it might still be on the first page.
The politics and heck the whole federal system in LA is a mess, and I hate to say it, it starts with the voters.

The ADA should have to detail why he/she agreed to such a deal.

It may have to do with him being a minor at the time.

… between shite like this and the a-hole who ran over the motorcycle cop after a judge let them off a previous attempted cop homicide, I’m about ready to burn the judges at the stake.
This is a guy who had made it out of the ghetto and was attempting to keep his daughter from ending up back there only to get shot for it.

17 GTFO, she was 14 and killed her dad.

She will probably continue seeing thugs like that and have multiple baby daddies.

Just another case of George Soros getting what he paid for. He has bankrolled the election campaign of countless district Attorneys all across America…
quote:
Multiple sources indicate that George Soros has made significant financial contributions to campaigns for district attorneys, particularly those with progressive criminal justice reform platforms.
Here's a summary of the information available:
Number of District Attorneys: It's difficult to pinpoint an exact number, as contributions are often routed through various PACs and organizations. However, estimates suggest that Soros-backed individuals hold positions as district attorneys in jurisdictions representing a significant portion of the American population. One report claims at least 75 such prosecutors, representing over 72 million people.
Amount Donated: Soros has reportedly spent over $40 million on direct campaign spending over the past decade to elect prosecutors, according to the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF). This figure likely doesn't encompass all indirect funding. Some campaigns have received a large majority of their funding from Soros-affiliated entities.

Probation for murdering someone in their home. Yep that sounds about right.

That defense attorney is worth his weight in gold. Probably worth keeping him on retainer.
