All those stupid, inane, counterproductive, and downright idiotic HR policies you have to live with are because of us Boomers. We had fun at work. Nobody was off limits to a great prank. I personally caused several of them. Even the women did it. You’re welcome.

Did you notice how things started to change in the 2000s/2010s? I had interesting discussions with close friends \couples who all worked for the same company. Women had a bee in their bonnet about treatment in the work place and having the same opportunities as men. This was the oil business. My experiences in my company was they brought women to the fore for management positions at this time. I must say some were very good.
