Does Atlanta has the best looking black women in the country?

Just got back from a week in Atlanta and the amount of beautiful cocoa women is kind of astounding, especially in the Buckhead area.
For the locals, is this the norm? Seemed like there was far more talent in that area than anywhere else in the south.

Atlanta has a large black middle and upper middle class. There are entire high schools that are 80% black kids who live with their fathers and their parents are educated with good jobs.

Jesus, f no. I lived there for about three years, it's the same shite as everywhere. If you're into the darker skin, hit Miami, Brasil, DR, and at least they want to have jobs.

Having lived here my entire life and knowing quite a bit about public ed, neighborhoods and demo shifts here, I would be shocked if there was a single school like this.

There's some good ones, a lot of ratchet ones too.
It probably has something to do with wealth. There's entire neighborhoods of upper middle class professional type folks in certain pockets of metro Atlanta. They have more money to put into things like gym memberships, hair care, makeup, and clothes.
If you're a white dude that's into black chicks, a lot of them seem open to the idea because of the "DL culture" of Atlanta.
