DACA recipient accidentally self-deports

Hernandez’s parents have legal status, and he was working toward legal residency after marrying his U.S. citizen wife
Under DACA, international travel requires advance parole—official permission to leave and re-enter the U.S
Because Hernandez left the country without advance parole, his DACA protection was revoked upon re-entry
He is now being held at Otay Mesa Detention Center and is in expedited removal proceedings back to El Salvador

system in place to handle the issue.....either way it works out.... but the US didnt cause the issue.....

How many of you have crossed the border in a vehicle, lately?
Its not "an exit off the freeway".......it is the friggin freeway, with dozens of signs leading up to it.
If by some miracle he passed all these signs, gates, lines of cars and ended up at the border......he could have easily explained the situation and been turned around.
The arrogant prick thought he could come and go as he pleased, probably done it a 100 times before, and got caught with a new sheriff in town.

A ride share driver taking passengers to the border, uh-huh. Nothing fishy there! And as another poster mentioned….mother can’t speak English after 20 years here? I know, we have no official language, but what language did our founding fathers speak? English.
