I believe the WSJ story about Trump being told his name is in Epstien files is a set up

This White House has been almost air tight when it comes to leaks and for this to come out strikes me as either a mole hunt or a feint, and I tend to the latter.
First, his is "among many" whose name appears.
Second, there is no explanation as to how his name is in there - client list or just the flight log info we already know?
I think this will be the coup de grace for the legacy media who is ignoring everything over the Epstein BS.

its a distraction from the current releases by Tulsi. In yesterdays press briefing she flat out said Obama committed Treason in front of all the media heads and no one batted an eye.
there was only one media guy who asked an on topic question that went something like "if the statue of limitation for conspiracy is 5 years and we are well past 5 years then what other charge other than Treason can Obama be tried for"

Why wouldn’t his name be in the files? He’s the one that dropped the dime on Epstein. By all accounts he was the star witness. If I recall correctly he invited the FBI to Trump tower for an interview.

I believe his name is probably in there a few times. Doesn’t mean he was doing pedo things. It’s well known that a long time ago they had a relationship, just not a bill clinton style relationship. I would be more surprised if he was not mentioned in some manner.

Whatever it is Trump doesn't seem too keen on having Epstein 'Files' released for some reason whether he is protecting himself or someone else. I can guarantee you there are plenty of Republicans and Democrats in those files its not just one or the other.

Then why didn’t Trump arrest him when he was President last time?!?
Trump can keep his promise and release ALL of the Epstein files, not just “pertinent grand jury information.” Epstein ran a sex trafficking ring that involved children. His clients were part of the global elite and refusing to release all of the information is a moral travesty. If we can’t protect children from predators and if Trump continued to protect predators then what is the point.

Let's supposed there's a 302 of a Basley-Ford type who said Trump diddled a little girl on Epstein's plane September 7, 2002, but there are 50 other interviews all saying Trump was playing golf at Bedminster along with AP and Getty photographs proving that he was playing golf that day and could not have been on Epstein's plane.
What do you think ABC/CBS/CNN/MSNBC/NBC's headline/lead story would be?
