Well, we have probably two of the top three guys on planet earth (I would maybe include Gaetz in here) at 1 and 2 at the FBI that were supposed to destroy the deep state. And all we can get is a half-hearted attempt to unseal grand jury testimony.

Trump and Epstein crossed paths numerous times. Trump flew FL to NY on his plane. They crossed paths at social events. They competed for real estate deals. SO OF COURSE TRUMP IS IN THE FILES!

So why the hesitation to release the files as Trump campaigned on and his continued efforts to change the subject? All it’s doing is creating suspicion.

The Trump administration lawyers wrote in their motion to unseal the grand jury testimony that they did not have a legal basis to unseal the testimony.

Calling the effort “half hearted” is extremely generous.

Well, we KNOW he is on domestic flight logs. We've known that forever. We also know that they frequented similar NYC cocktail circles in the years prior to the Palm Beach case. So yes, his name is certainly somewhere in the reams of files and documents, as are many other completely innocent people.

This story is like an "inhaler" for a media suffocating under the Obama news, and nothing gets the panicans going like a little Epstein story.

I'd rather seen the client list of the child sex-trafficking ring in Bibb County, Alabama (right next to Tuscaloosa) that was recently uncovered. 10 people have been arrested. They were charging 1,000 dollars for people to come have sex with these kids in a underground bunker.

Her assertion is factual. The Government's Florida motion was severely hamstrung by Eleventh Circuit precedent. That was known from the outset. The government acknowledged it, but still argued that public interest justified the request. It's all they could do in that instance.

By contrast, the 2nd Circuit, recognizes "historical interest" as a potential basis for unsealing. So basically identical arguments will carry more weight there.
