Yep. He would have lost power steering if his engine was off. He wouldn’t have been able to hold the phone with one hand and make that sharp of a turn over a median and then be able to turn back to the right.

I always have the same question about todays world where we are addicted to video voyuerism…why is the act being filmed and who is filming it? Unless it’s a static security/surveillance camera, someone is recording for a reason, and that reason is to entice you to watch for any number of (mostly stupid) reasons.

It's actually not that hard if you have a little speed.
I had an old truck that had a bad PS pump and I just removed the belt.
I drove it that way for a while.
No big deal on the road or making wide turns. It was a bitch in parking lots or in the woods though.
