Its not pleasant outside from 2-5pm but other than that its been totally bearable. Global warming freaks are going to be disappointed if this continues and we have a mild summer (again).

They just won’t talk about it. Current focus is climate change / NWS debacle and Kerr County Texas.

South Louisiana is having a slightly above Normal Summer. After the past couple it might as well be having a well below Normal one, though.

Just like naysayers here spun themselves up trying to argue the summer of 2023 was normal?

Both sides need to accept weather is not climate even if it is a whole season or year, it is but a few data points.

Those who argue climate change is not real are always wrong.

The thing that is arguable is the extent of anthropogenic climate change. It is almost certainly not zero and almost certainly not to the degree many would like to suggest.

Yeah, iam north of y'all. Going to be 98-99 degrees here. But it has been fairly nice up to this point. Had pop up storms almost every day. Going to cut my yard tomorrow since it's going to be 88. And stay in the ac for awhile.

Eh, you're right, but if we actually cared about ecological disasters facing us right now we would be far more concerned with unchecked urban sprawl, wasting prime, finite agricultural land on solar farms, and the unmitigated disaster that is invasive species in very own back yards, among other issues.

I was just looking at the weather this morning for the next two weeks and noticed we haven't had any days predicted to be over 100F, which seems really good for my area. Usually July be touching close to it, but mostly its been 90 to mid 90s. You see why those woketards changed the scare tactics of global warming to climate change.

It’s been remarkably nice in the early mornings

Cool and slight breezes

This has been the mildest summer I can remember in a while. The last two were MF'ers.

Well, shite is somewhere around 98 deg as it exits the body so you are over exaggerating by quite a bit. Especially “in three days” as you have expounded.

I just hate when it rains at night during summer.

Sun beaming heat all day then cloud cover at night when it does us no good. Otherwise it’s been a fine summer.
