Group of friends from college meet up once a year in Nola for dinner. In years past, we've done La Boca, August (upstairs private dining room which was awesome), Irene's, and Clancy's. I tried Avo, but we can't reserve a party that large on a Saturday night.

Looking into Meril right now, but asking for suggestions. I'm not as familiar with the dining scene and who could potentially accommodate that large of a party. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Costera should be able to do that.

Cochon usually can.

Cochon has a large upstairs room. Antoine’s has plenty of large rooms upstairs and downstairs that can handle that. Broussard’s has a back room as well.

Pretty sure Brennan's wine room can hold that, and it's a cool space. I don't think they charge a room rental rate for private parties, but they will have a food and beverage minimum.

I have been to large group dinners at Galatoires and Restaurant August. Both were great. Galatoires has an upstairs area like August. Their room has a balcony overlooking Bourbon Street.

This is one. Arnaud's also has multiple private rooms of different sizes.

Dickie Brennans Steakhouse or Desi Vega. GW Fins also if you’re wanting seafood it has perfect side room.

Friend of mine had his retirement party there that was sponsored by his former employer and that is where it was held in the upstairs dining room. The balcony overlooking the park was a nice touch.

Edit: I thought I was in the OT-Lounge when I commented. My apologies. I’ll leave it up though.
