Election data provider Decision Desk predicted that California will lose 5 congressional districts in the 2030 reapportionment cycle if current trends continue.

The Golden State lost a seat in the last round of Congressional redistricting after the 2020 Census, but it still boasts the largest delegation in Congress. As the Decision Desk points out, its historically fast-growing population has slowed or reversed in recent years.

The Washington Free Beacon further noted that, based on the Census Bureau’s 2022 numbers California lost more than 138,000 residents last year. San Francisco lost 7.1 percent of its population.

Several other 'blue' states such as Ill, NY, will most likely lose at least 2 seats each. Other left-leaning states such as Oregon, Minnesota, Penn, Rhode Island will most likely lose 1 US congressional seat.

Red states such as Tajas, Florida, Tenn will gain US Congressional seats. Sadly, Louisiana will remain static, as usual.

Not only will this shift power back to patriotic, American loving states in the US Congress. It will vastly affect the Electoral College. Meaning in a close Electoral College vote, the odds will favor the GOP candidate.

If DJT can deport millions of obama/pedoJoe illegal invaders, its gonna be 'Katie bar the door' for the left.

There is a movement in both the US Senate and the US House to add BACK the citizenship question back onto the US Census, and “require reporting on certain census statistics, and to modify apportionment of Representatives to be based on United States citizens instead of all persons.”

If this can get through the US Senate and House. Buh-bye lefties

Will likely take more as a Constitutional amendment should be necessary

And before people melt, just remember we have been counting non-citizens for these purposes since day 1. The original Constitution was specifically written by our Founders to specifically do just this. It's not some crazy new idea of modernity.

Genuine question: if there are concerns about fraudulent elections via mail-in ballots etc, how can we trust the census? Are there any real safeguards to prevent fraudulent census questionnaires?

This will just be another thing you are wrong about.

I heard you aren’t really a lawyer. I’m really not that surprised. You are top 5 one of the dumbest posters on this board. 95% of the time you are on the losing side of legal cases.

Texas isn't as Red as some would like to think. Over 30% of their congressional representatives are democrats and they produced Jasmine Crockett and Al Green.

Unfortunately I think these California transplants are going to vote exactly the same and we'll see the state erode.

It appears the opposite is happening in Florida, for some reason they seem to assimilate when they get there and vote red,

3/5th compromise and 14th amendment say otherwise….

EDIT:

A maybe to show the Dems yet again how they truly view their slave labor population, we re-enact the 3/5th compromise on illegals……

2/5th compromise

It's 3/5 Compromise, and that was the reference.

Slaves were not citizens, and they were counted as population for apportionment purposes.

and 14th amendment

Uses "person" not "citizen" for this portion of the 14A

Slaves were counted as 3/5s a person and Indians were not counted prior to 1870.

You better call the LA Bar and the courts in Calcasieu, Allen, and Beauregard parishes where he practices and let them know he's a fake

Also, I ate across the street from his office last week. Silly that he rents that space just to keep the ruse up.
