I find the discussion about the "missing" enriched Uranium to be silly. Mossad has demonstrated over and over how capable they are. We know they have an extensive reach and presence in Iran and probably within the regime which is very informed.
Also, I'm certain Mossad foresaw the possibility that Iran would attempt to remove and hide the enriched Uranium and tracked any vehicles leaving the facility. They wouldn't make this public for obvious reasons.
