Summer Desserts and Desserts for BBQs

Thinking about new dessert for upcoming summer BBQs. Usually, with BBQ, I’ll have a dessert like cobbler, banana pudding, or maybe peanut butter pie.
What desserts do you like to pair with BBQ or summer events?
To contribute, I’m posting a link to a pink lemonade pie that I may try this summer. Would love some ideas and to see what others enjoy.

Margarita icebox pie
Skip making the crust and buy a premade graham cracker crust. Follow the rest of the directions.

The pink lemonade pie is legit. I don't know about the pioneer woman recipe specifically, but the one my wife has is very simple and absolutely incredible.
ETA- I read the pioneer recipe. That's work intensive. There are recipes much simpler than that. I don't know completely know my wife's recipe, but I think it's a can of the pink lemonade concentrate from minute maid, condensed milk, mixed by hand in a bowl, poured into pre-made graham cracker crust, put in refrigderator and garnished with redi-whip at serving time. There are probably another step or two in there, but that pioneer woman recipe is much more complicated than it needs to be.

Gonna be hard to improve on these. Something with Blue Bell ice cream.
Fresh watermelon shouldn't be overlooked.

I got an old school homemade ice cream machine about two years ago. It's always a hit when I make it.
Ingredients:
½ gallon whole milk
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 large container extra creamy Cool Whip
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and Cool Whip. Mix well until fully blended.
Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker.
Churn according to your machine’s instructions until the ice cream reaches the desired consistency.
Flavor Variations:
Vanilla: Use regular whole milk
Chocolate: Use chocolate milk instead of white milk
Strawberry: Use strawberry milk

I like grilled fruit. " Can jazz is up with some brown sugar, rum, etc. Everything else - pies, doughs, etc - is just too heavy since there's a good chance you've had some hefty carbs (though I avoid those unless I need to take a nap).

Pistachio pudding, the nostalgia factor alone makes it a hit.

My first thought was something lemon. That looks good.
I love strawberry shortcake too. To make it easy for a group, maybe some kind of layered trifle with strawberry, cream and sponge cake.

My grandfather used to make this amazing homemade peach ice cream every July 4th. He’d grill burgers and hot dogs, and have some really good sides too. But the best part of those days was definitely that ice cream. So, that’s my answer.

The best and easiest I've had is a tube of the frozen limeade or pink lemonade mixed with blue bell homemade vanilla, poured over graham cracker crust and then frozen

Angel food cake. Tear into pieces.
Cut up strawberries and use whole blueberries and black berries.
Mix Cool whip, cream cheese and little powdered sugar.
Just layer it in a dish. So good and refreshing.

Cut a hole in it and dump a bottle of Everclear in that bitch. Put it in the fridge overnight and turn it several times. Now it's ready to cut!
