Our time on Earth is what it is esp if you believe in a higher purpose/God. Why the struggle to stay alive on medications, painful cancer treatments, and sometimes on machines.

Spinoff as well from elites doing transfusions.

If heaven is what I believe, I can’t wait to get there. ‘Splain this to me OT?

How do you know you're getting into Heaven?

If you're an atheist, this is all you have. Why not spend the most time you can existing while you exist?

If you're a theist, God is in charge of my life and gives me purpose everyday. As Paul says, yes it would be better for me to go and be with Christ but it's better for God's purposes and for the unsaved that I stay here.

Either way, ain't much of a living in dying.

Then why don't you just kill yourself now? Serious question.

For starters, I'm pretty sure there's no eternal hell.
Secondly, salvation can and should be enjoyed in the here and now.
All can join in. Christ has done it. All anyone has to do is awaken to that truth. Note, I didn't even say "accept." It's already been given.

I’ll be fine to pass at about 60. It’s all downhill from there.

I imagine some people are secretly worried about burning in hell for eternity or the flip-side they are worried about ceasing to exist permanently. Those people aren't in a great hurry to meet those ends.

Death is called the great unknown for a reason.

I’m not talking about death on purpose. Like one poster said, we’re here to serve a purpose. I’m talking about living in pain trying to stay alive. Weather it’s extreme side effects from medication or introducing substances unnaturally just to keep heartbeats going.

I’m speaking to growing old naturally and accepting what your dealt with when it’s time.
