Prob already been said-
25% are too fat and lazy to get laid. They don't do shite but sit at home. You have to actually try to get laid.

Are they seriously? There are barely any sanctions on them already. This seriously pisses me off. What a dollar store whore.

Two boys I know whose parents left them uncircumcised, asked to get it done when they were old enough. Both said it was horribly painful but 100% worth it. They both felt extremely self-conscience about being uncircumcised.
re: German christmas markets

I've been to four of the Christmas markets in Munich. One by the Rauthaus, one by the Munich Residenz (well worth a tour through if you have the time), they have one with Old fashioned theme one (I don't remember the exact location but an easy walk from the Munich Residenz), and the one in the English Garden by the Chinese tower. There may be more that I didn't have time to wonder to on our last visit.
I really enjoy being about to grab some great brats with a little eggnog or
glühwein while sightseeing. Food is good quality and affordable. Great way to relax and socialize. The Christmas markets are absolutely magical when it snows.

re: Catholics to excommunicate priests who follows Washington law about reporting child abuse
Posted by Tiger99999 on 7/18/25 at 2:11 pm to Sterling Archer
Imagine rationalizing keeping your job over going to the police to protect a child.
Someone I am close to was abused and raped by their father. The parish priest was well aware of the abuse. The priest told this young child to pray for their fathers soul and to continue to practice forgiveness. I often wonder at the kind of person who can sit in a booth and listen to this every week while doing nothing. Listen to a broken child cry and beg for help and do nothing.

The only dog I've seen attack a child was a lab. Went right for the kids face. If the kid hadn't fallen backwards during the event it would of led to horrific injures. This lab is also a dog killer.
The real issue is this is a possessive dog and the owner likes that trait in the dog. He likes the dog being obsessed with him. None of these events are the dogs fault according to the owner and this is complete bs. You see this behavior sometimes with people with small dogs and they also get away with it.
Bottom line...if you're worried about a dog, do everyone a favor and keep yourself and your kids away from it.
People have just become exceptionally ignorant about dogs.

re: European Christmas - where should we go?
Posted by Tiger99999 on 7/18/25 at 9:37 am to bigern19
Christmas markets -really depends on the dates of your travel so make sure to check out the dates of the markets before going this route In smaller towns there may not be much open between xmas and new years.
There are always multiple markets in the larger cities so make sure to wander to them all
Markets not mentioned
Cologne
Ljubljana market that stretches along the river

If you like museums
The Kunsthistorisches Museum- along with art they have a wonderful Egyptian and roman antiquities collection.
Great imperial armory collection at Weltmuseum
Both museums are in the same area along with the Sisi focused Imperial Apartments.

As a society, we no longer value integrity. You see it everywhere from the business world to politics. Integrity is something to mock and distain.
I doubt this particular issue will hinder his chances. He might miss out on a little church money. If he fails it will be because of some other issue.

Anyone remember Caneel Bay Resort on St.John?..that place was paradise. Its a shame it doesn't look like they are going to rebuild it. It had a great romantic restaurant on the property.

Cesky Krumlov- I will add rafting down the river it to the to do list. I think I can actually go through the pension I'm staying at there We are planning two nights.
Would Pilsen be worth an overnight or just a day trip?
I might make Brno our headquarters for sight seeing around that area. Thanks for the heads-up around their Christmas markets. I hadn't read anything about them. I've gone to the several in Austria, Germany, and Slovenia the last couple of years. Great way to grab a quick bite after/while sightseeing or an after dinner drink.

Czechia

Any unconventional advice on places to travel while we are vising? We will be riding the trains/buses. I have no plans on renting a car so I know that will limit some of the more our of the way locations.
Planning on being there from late Nov - Dec. !4 nights in Czechia. I know some castles/places will be closed for winter so of our options are limited compared to other times of the year. I don't plan on traveling outside of Czechia for the visit.
Locked in places-
Prague with trips to towns around it
Cesky Krrumlov
Side question-
Moravian Karst- has anyone been to these caves? Will they be worth it like Postojna? I know two are closed in winter for nesting bats...
Thanks

There were 8 seats in that fare bucket. It had the number of available seats listed at delta.com.
When we finished, it showed 4 seats left so no one else was buying them at the same time.

The people who the app gave the lower fares to were not frequent flyers. It was screwing its "priority" members. I'm thinking my company and myself have been paying more for flights when I just booked things on the app...We've been paying for those bs privileges and upgrades.
I also like how the delta.com showed how many of the tickets available for that lower fare..so the app essentially lied when it said the tickets were no longer available

Going to rant about Delta...heads-up if your using the app to buy tickets
Tracking prices for a group (4 people) on google flights. Price suddenly drops so we get together to buy tickets.
We are all working through the delta app- Fare shows-up on the app for 3 of us but not one of us. We check delta.com (they do not sign into their account at website) for person the lower fare isn't showing up for and magically it is listed there. Everyone continues the process to buy the tickets. The app suddenly will not process the seats at the offered fair for me . Pop-up says lower fairs are no longer available and jacks the price up $400 for a shitter seat section. Mind you we are all working through the pages simultaneously as a group so no one gets screwed by the algorithm and the pop-up only showed up on my app. The app won't let me buy at the lower fare so I go to delta.com (don't sign-in) and find the lower rate and we all successfully buy the tickets at the lower rate with extra hoops to jump through.
This kind of AI bullshite drives me nuts...I'll never buy tickets from that app without looking around again. One less loyal customer but I doubt they really give a crap.
Any one else experience this kind of thing?

I imagine some people are secretly worried about burning in hell for eternity or the flip-side they are worried about ceasing to exist permanently. Those people aren't in a great hurry to meet those ends.
