What Happens if Iran Already has Nukes and conducts a Test Tonight?

If that scenario plays out. What does it look like? Would Israel back off or proceed? I am trying to War Game that Scenario and it is giving me some tachycardia

Regardless of that report. I am wondering how a scenario like that would play out. I find it hard to believe that North Korea was able to get Nukes but not Iran

Just because they test doesn’t mean it will be successful.
The Norks have had a lot of failed tests, for instance, and a failed test backs up Israel’s reasoning for hitting them. Get them before they get one right.

What's to war game? If they test a nuke the attacks against them only go harder with more urgency. If they test a nuke by hitting Israel then the world ends them.

I believe Israel has the upperhand. First, because they've gotten damn good at their work and second, they do have a few friends to fall back on.

I 100% believe they have them. I also 100% believe that they know if they try to use one that they will be evaporated within hours of their so called "test"

On one hand, sure, a successful test would freak out the western world in Israel in historic fashion and likely lead to to either mass outbreak of war or quick rethinking by the US/Israel on next moves.
But, on the other hand, if Iran had the capability for that and had a delivery system, I don't necessarily think they'd use it on Israel right now but I also doubt they'd spend 24 hours getting their arse handed to them (including the complete dismantling of their nuclear facilities) before serving the world notice of it.

Israel's intelligence would know way before this attack. Iran with nuclear capabilities is its biggest nightmare & has always been a focus on any intel forces.
