The BTR "clientele" will not allow this.

They should, at least for VIP parking, future expansion or something.

I never knew how much land over there that Sam Hayne's owns. He has land all the way toward Siegen and all the way to Ward's Creek.

Like to BR GIS showing property ownership - https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/35130b09abe44b3e929ed52220e928b3/page/Page

quote:

Haynes owns six parcels that contain and surround the parks. The land has a market value of $3 million, with an assessed value of $349,520, according to the East Baton Rouge Parish Tax Assessor’s website.

Haynes has owned the properties since 1996, according to tax assessor records. In 2016, he purchased nearly 12 acres of land off Perkins Road from the Kleinpeter family for overflow parking at the parks in two separate transactions for $10 and other considerations.

Ticket prices for the one in The 'Sip may prove prohibitive to emptying the trailer parks and projects.

I scrolled down past the first line. $50/day, plus another $20 for food may make it cost prohibitive for the dregs to get there. Buying the season pass takes intermediate term planning skills. These skills are not possessed by the Dregonians.
