Can think of no less than 50 businesses that are better investments for the relative risk and customer rif raf in a water park / price points.

The company taking over already has a water park, so they can probably drive some efficiency and volume discounts

$50,000 a month in base rent for Blue Bayou

I wonder if that's $50k a month for 12 months or just the 3 months they're open each year?

Won’t matter who purchases it. It wasn’t the owners who chased normal people away. It was the animals.

Season passes should be $350. Make it higher than $75 and keep the riff raff out.

The one in Gulfport is nice, hopefully they can make this nice.

The wave pool in waveland used to be nice too. The day I saw a dude letting the watery afro sheen accumulation out of his shower cap against the fence, I knew it was over.

Yeah the article originally said purchased but now it’s come out as a lease.,but they have right to sub out, modify, etc

Probably no difference in terms of the customer

There were clientele problems but that was partially because the owner did not upkeep and hire good staff

It’s raw land and it’s assessed differently Mr. Trump. It’s not some big evil rich man conspiracy.

I feel like there has to be at least a few million needed in repairs and TLC needed in that place…

It looks awful from the road.

If they bring back having live music, it would make a big difference in people showing up.
