NERD ALERT, but I actually read comic books sometimes - including Punisher.

There was an issue a few years back where he confronts some cops with Punisher skulls on their cars. He explained to them how he's no hero and they're missing the message thinking it's some kind of pro-cop symbol.

Take it with a grain of salt though. Modern Marvel is as woke as it can possibly be. They'll probably make him black and gay sometime in the near future. So there's that.

It was probably donated by a local dealership. Local dealer donated a "high water rescue" F-150 on huge arse tires when .. you know, a boat would work just fine.
