We’re only 4 months in and SCOTUS will have to spend the next 4 years litigating every move Trump makes because Judges obviously decided Trump shouldn’t be president.

Dems and judges love obstruction

If there’s anything those nerds don’t understand, it is 1) equal and opposite reactions and 2) public sentiment.

How is he destroying the court system? Trump is obeying the orders and the judicial branch is increasing their power.

disagree.
This wont last 4 years, at some point, somebody is going to say frick all this shite, and there will be a game of chicken and there will be a blink, either the Courts or Trump and 50+ % of the country. At some point it will come to a head and maybe Trump will tell the courts to frick off or he turns the other cheek and submits..time will tell but I dont think either side does this tit-for-tat for another 3+ years without one side or the other having a blatant disregard for the other

Hates him but gave him unlimited powers with his ruling last year?
Do you just expect him to kiss the ring on every ruling?

On my drive up to Nashville today the radio was talking about the reason they are bringing back up this Dobbs leak thing is because Roberts might have been part of the leak - which * could make a case for impeachment *

Well, the jokes on him, because they're destroying more than the integrity of the judicial branch, they're finishing off any chance of saving the dollar and the country.
Reminds me of a line from Red October: "You arrogant arse, you've killed us."

The other 8 justices don't have a say in this?

I think there might be a link between the chief justice getting 2 degrees from Haarrvarrrd, and Haarrvvvard getting railed by Trump. Asymmetrical warfare to beat Lawfare warfare

History will judge Weak John Roberts harshly.

The whole point of our government is one guy doesn’t get all the power. Trump, or anyone else, doesn’t just get to say ‘do this.’
Sometimes that’s a good thing. Sometimes that’s a bad thing. But for better or worse there’s going to be someone who says ‘no’ in a country of 350,000,000 people. So our system will have to just deal with it.
Also, keep in mind, there will be a president after Trump and a Democrat at some point. They won’t be able to just run over the government either. It always amazes me that neither side seems to get this.

There are also clearly delegated powers of the president and the judiciary. Judges don't control how the executive branch operates.

Turning the court into something it's not supposed to be is destroying it.

Trump could simply try pursuing his agenda constitutionally like other presidents have done for the last 250 years.

Democrats told everyone what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Hell, the good guvnah of California went on tv and told the damn country that they had set aside TAXPAYER money to challenge Trump's agenda at every turn. There were no surprises. Trump's team were fully aware what was going to happen. They still chose the shock and awe approach.
Now, it is likely that in the long run it will all prove beneficial as court cases get ruled on and shot down, but it will 100% continue to mire this administration in endless piles of legal bullshite brought to you by the very money the government took from the people.
