For those that haven't seen it yet. I liked it a lot. It's not the best Bong Joon Ho movie but it's worth a watch.

This is how I feel. It’s his fault for setting the bar too high with his previous work. Pattinson was great as every Mickey but the movie couldn’t decide what it wanted to be.

Definitely could feel where there were 2-3 scripts stitched together, so there’s some ideas/plot that sort of come and go or die on the vine. Not surprising given it was in post production for so long. But is a pretty funny movie with a lot of cool ideas/ concepts and scenes. Definitely worth the watch.

The definition of mediocre. I was pretty disappointed, but honestly the trailers didn’t really do it for me in the first place. I was just willing to give BJH the benefit of the doubt

Yeah, I felt the same way, but when it was streaming for free.. why not? Well, I ended up finishing it, but it was a bit of a chore...

Yep. First act was pretty good. It was a snooze fest after that. I saw it at a theater and couldn’t wait for it to be over.

Watched this movie last night. Will probably watch it again in a week or two.
This is one of my favorite movies in a few years. It is absolutely nutso.
Yes, there are some parts that could be better. But I really enjoyed the fresh take and bizarre characters and the world created.
Sometimes, nutso works. Maybe it really sucks but I was in the mood from something NOT Marvel super heroes.

I started watching last night but fell asleep about 40 minutes in

It was just ok for me. Didn't really move the needle but a good one time watch.
