What’s your Memorial Day weekend menu?

I’ve decided to go all in this weekend.
Friday- tri tip, twice baked potatoes, salad
Saturday- seafood lasagna
Sunday- burgers, dogs, brats, and fries
Monday- baby backs, Maque choux, baked beans
First weekend in a long time that I’ve had no plans besides watching baseball and church. The rest will involve cooking

I don’t know how yall eat reheated chicken…
Is there a method that makes it taste good?
Cooktop, microwave, air fryer… all tastes nasty to me…

If it's not overcooked, it's decent reheated on its on but never as good as right after it's cooked. I prefer to pick what's left off the bone and turn it into other dishes like chicken tacos, chicken schwarma, jambalaya, gumbo, soup, Alfredo, chicken salad, etc.

Party ribs, hamburgers, and hotdogs on Sunday.
Haven’t planned anything else yet.
ETA: thinking that I may cook some pizzas tomorrow.

Last crawfish boil of the season tomorrow.
Sunday/Monday: Something with any leftover crawfish tails and whatever I decide at the store later needs to go on the pit.
There's a chance a little bit of alcohol might find its way on the menu as well.

If BBQ'd leg quarters, simply putting them in a oven works.

Pork butt on the smoker tomorrow but it’s for a family reunion trip next weekend.
For this weekend it’s burgers, salmon filets and some sort of korean chicken thighs.

Steaks and hot dogs on the grill..
Saturday I'm making my first Pasta Genovese. I got some pork bellies and a nice chuck roast from Iverstine's. I'll slow cook those with onions and herbs, shred em and combine with Ziti cut pasta and Pecorino Romano cheese.. and hope it turns out as good as it looks in the video.

Just got back from Zuppardo's in Metairie and bought a slab of Boneless Prime N.Y. Strip for $10.99 a lb.
Got it home, trimmed it up and have the fat rendering down on the stove for tallow and cut 12 steaks about 1 1/4 inches thick and vacuum sealed most of them but keeping some out to grill either Sunday or Monday.
I picked up some fresh potatoes and mushrooms and that will round out the meal with baked potatoes and sauteed mushrooms.
Saturday I'm doing kebabs using pork tenderloin, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, zucchini and yellow squash and will grill them.

Ribeyes on sale at Publix, probably do that. Otherwise we haven't planned anything because my parents might come in town yesterday, but I guess they didn't.

First I don’t overcook my chicken. I put it on the hot side of the pit for a couple minutes each side then move it to the cooler side of the pit for 20 minutes while basting it in bbq sauce.
To reheat, I put it in the microwave with a decent amount of water sprinkled on top. I put a paper towel tent over it using toothpicks and flip it every 30 seconds.

So why not just not cook it and throw it in the grill same night? Sounds like a hassle with the toothpicks,, damp paper towels, etc…
Just throw it on the grill and turn it a few times…
