After watching this second video, were they loose from their mooring, not under power, and caught in a current? Tug boat was chasing the whole time.
Definitely going to take the wind out of their sails, though.
Edit to add: obviously a sailboat, but figure it might have some sort of mechanical propulsion on it.

Yeah because unless you have self furling sails someone has to get up there like a damn pirate of the Caribbean and put them up or down.
A true non mechanized sailboat like that would need a large crew if you’re actually planning to sail it.
