Seems like Oklahoma always has a stud ace. Hopefully LSU starts using them as a feeder program for a starting pitcher

And this kids it why you don’t go to Oklahoma. These pretenders will never be SEC.

In the SEC we care. No one is impressed that you don’t care if your school loses.

What is a forethought then? Certainly not football

If you want to beat your chest about being in the SEC, then have SEC facilities

Sad but true. The football smack is really fun. Basketball would be more fun if LSU men’s basketball wasn’t in the mud.

I feel like I’m shite talking a cripple whenever the subject turns to baseball. :(

In fairness, OU takes softball pretty seriously…

Steven Milam slid into third in what should have been an easy triple. He was still gaining speed as he slid out the other side of the coach’s box. This is some bush league stuff in Norman. The SEC needs to mandate some standards.

That makes sense.

Everybody knows Oklahoma is a women’s track school.

The field itself is fine. Its the fan and other amenities that needs work but they have a plan for that.

Cool stuff. Y’all have a good history in baseball. How would you define fan support? Is it mostly local or do yall have fans come in for games? OKC and Dallas are y’all’s main alumni bases?

They had good fan support this season but it will likely never be in par with SEC teams.

Softball kind of took over due to Patty and then Loves stepping up to help build new softball stadium. Until she retires softball will garner more support.

After she retires and if they have a slide combined if baseball can have some really good years plus get field improvements it could grow then.

Baseball has had some good runs lately but the fan experience has not been up to par to take advantage of it. They need to get working on those improvements to start.

Patty’s run is nothing short of amazing. All in all it has to rival any dynasty in sports as far as sheer dominance. There’s obviously a commitment with those facility plans. Best of luck
