John Carpenter - Ghosts of Mars

Almost like a parody of a John Carpenter movie

Hypothetically, if Speilberg made a fourth Indiana Jones movie around 2008 it would certainly be his worst.

This was the first thing that came to mind when seeing the topic. Although Speilberg has some other stinkers that may contend. The Terminal, 1941, The BFG.

Was written by John Hughes.. i guess he had sense enough to write and not direct it.. but still.. I dont know what the frick he was smoking because Plains Trains and Automobiles is one of my absolute favorites and the only Thanksgiving movie i can think of.. and he makes this piece of shite.. the ultimate head scratcher

In that same vein, I bet if James Mangold were to direct a 5th Indiana Jones film, it would be his worst movie as well.

Some would say Megalopolis, but I’m not one of them.

War Horse from Spielberg popped to mind.

Thoroughly mediocre.

Could add West Side Story.

Been a while since he released a banger.

Didn’t even realize there was a Snatch tv series out there with Ron Weasley as the main character. I bet that’s worse and he wrote the screenplay for the live action Aladdin which is pretty strange and also a shitty movie.

Eyes Wide Shut, Stanley Kubrick should have quit while he was ahead.

Having Bill Cosby playing with a bunch of kids up in a tree house certainly didn’t age well.
